We started at 8.30 o'clock, so we had more time to sleep. After breakfast we went to nearest town San Anatolia to agricultural school. We were going to town throw mountains and tunnels. Nature is very delightful!! One of the teachers met us and made showed us around the school. There are only 90 pupils. It’s a new school and very small. But they have nice classrooms and a big gym. We had an opportunity to meet some Italian students more or less of our age. They were very friendly and we spoke in English with them about Italy and Estonia etc. After we went to a café nearby. There we had cappuccino and eat some sweets. Than Patrice took as to Spoleto. We went shopping and Pavel with Tanya went walking.
There we had about 2 hours of free time. We understood that Spoleto is small town about 35 thousand inhabitants and u can’t get lost there. Spoleto is a small town but there are a lot of theatres including an antique Roman theatre. There is a famous festival of arts that takes place every year. There are also a lot of typical restaurants and inns (trattoria). Some of the restaurants are very chic and expensive. We went back to farm for lunch.
After lunch we finished collecting grapes. We collected about 1500 kilos of grape.
Pavel was loading all boxes, about 50 boxes and each weight about 15 kilos, to the tractor.
We took all red grape. Dinner was bellyful. Rissotto, chicken and pudding for dessert.
Tomorrow we are going to bake bread and watch how butcher works pork meat.
