Sunday it is normally a day off.
Pavel, Masha V. and Tanya woke up at 8.20 and went to have a breakfast. While they were taking meal I had more 30 minutes to sleep.
After that we went to Spoleto to visit sights. We went to the cathedral to see how Sunday service is, Alexandra gave us 30 minutes of free time so we could visit souvenir shops. Than we went to library to have some cappuccino.
When we came back to the farm Pavel and Tanya went to kitchen to help Alexandra, meanwhile Maria’s were taking sunbaths. After lunch we had a lot of free time and it was a little boring.
Maria’s started to jogging! About 7 o'clock Pavel and me had practice, we were making pasta. The dough that we made was with eggs. We used a little machine for flattening pasta and then for cutting it. We made papardelle with the meat sauce. We could never imagine that there are so many types and formats of pasta! Tortiglioni, penne rigate, strangozzi, farfalle, pipe and even spaghetti there are a few types № 5, № 10, № 12!
It was very interesting and cognitive. After that Masha V. served the table, it was tasty.
After the diner Tanya and Pasha went to sleep, me and another Masha were clearing the kitchen.
It was not difficult today, so we do not get tired a lot. That is all for a moment.
