19.10.09

As usually we started the practice in the bakery and today we had a double order for the bread rolls with kamut flour.
In the evening we had a cooking exercise with Alexandra and she showed us how to make ravioli. Masha and Pasha cooked them and we were observing. Ravioli it is a type of filled pasta and you can prepare different fillings. We learned the most traditional one that is white ricotta cheese and spinach. They are served with simple red tomatoes sauce and parmesan. It was really good and all of us had a repetition.
