Tuesday

In the morning Maria V. met fox. It was fat and big, it was standing near girls door. Maria gets scared. Maria V. was making breakfast.
After breakfast we helped Laura to feed animals. After that Maria went to make flour.
Maria said that it was very hard job. Tanya was helping Alexandra with bread making. There were three kinds of bread that day. Every Tuesday there is a third type of bread made it’s without normal flour it’s made with spelt flour. There is less glutein in it. Good to know!
Pasha and Masha B. were bottling red vine and putting corks in the bottles. After that we had lunch. Than we went to Spoleto. Pavel and Maria tryed hotdogs. Hotdog looked like a hamburger. After we went and bought ice cream. We were just walking around in the town.
Siesta has ended and there were a lot of people on the streets. Than we went to Euro Spin, this is a shop like Maxima.
While we were waiting for Patrice, we met Russian - speaking man. He said that he is here about 5 years and he is from Ukrainian.
When we came back to farm Maria V. and Pavel went to make Lasagne. Lasagne was very tasty and crispy. We learned that Lasagne it’s a name for pasta and not only the dish. Lasagne can be made in many ways and we learned the most traditional Italian Lasagne called “alla bolognese”. It is made with minced meat, beschamel, parmiggiano(cheese) with lemon skin grated and of course tomato sauce. We noticed that tomatoes are the one of the most important/essential ingredients in Italian cooking.
