2.10.2009

Day started at 8 o'clock from baking bread. We were making black that is wholewheat and white bread, pizza and cake called "ciambella". The bread they make here is predicted by hand completely. They are using their own ecological flour of two types. The bread is made on natural yeast and a little bit of synthetic yeast is used to start the fermentation and dough growing. The oven is traditional and it is heated with wood. As a first thing we all learnt to work the dough and to make loves.
We had some time to relax before lunch. On lunch we had yesterday rissotto with chicken. Butcher looked liked in films. Man about 110 kilos, with piersing, with beard. He was only 24 ears old but very skilful. After butches finished we were taking meat and putting it in vacuum packets and later it was frozen in the shock freezer.
After that we had to clean =].
In the evening Alexandra was very angry because we did not help Laura in the kitchen, and later we came all together to kitchen instead of 2 of us. There must be some organisation :).
