In the morning like everyday we worked in the bakery.
At lunch we had spaghetti and fresh cherry tomatoes salad =). Did you know that the italians eat spaghetti with a fork without spoon or knife.
Today we also participated in the first step of producing olive oil. We started picking them Some of the olives are still green as they don’t need to be black to be good for olive oil. For dinner me and Masha made risotto with Alexandra’s help. We made it with violin pumpkin and there was also daikon sald. I usually don’t eat pumpkin but risotto was so good that I had another portion :)
